      城镇垃圾处理系统由垃圾清扫收集、转运和末端处理三个环节组成。作为垃圾源头管理系统与最终无害化处理及资源回收系统之间的重要衔接部分,垃圾转运环节在城镇垃圾处理体系中具有相当重要的作用,因此,研究科学的垃圾转运系统意义重大。对城镇垃圾转运系统进行研究,可以综合运用运筹学、线形规划、经济学理论等一系列相关理论模型。对于我国来说,虽然近年来我国的经济建设取得了巨大的成果,但各方面资金缺口大,尤其是用在城镇垃圾处理方面的资金极为有限,而且由于垃圾处理系统三个环节的发展不平衡,垃圾转运设施的缺乏已成为了制约垃圾处理的瓶颈。
    Urban garbage treatment system consists of garbage cleaning collection, transport and processing end three parts. As the waste source management system and ultimately harmless treatment and resource recycling system between important engagement part, refuse transfer link in urban garbage treatment system has a very important role, therefore, study the scientific significance of MSW transfer system. Study on municipal solid waste MSW transfer system, can make comprehensive use of operational research, linear programming, economic theorya series of related theoretical model. In our country, although in recent years, the economic construction of our country has made great achievements, but the funding gap, especially in urban garbage treatment in terms of funds is very limited,because the garbage processing system three aspects of the development is not balanced, the garbage transfer facilities lack already became restrict garbage processing bottleneck.
     所以,如何达到资源的最优化配置,尽可能的提高资金使用效率和转运工作效率是转运系统研究的重点。 首先,本文分析了城镇垃圾与大中城市垃圾处理背景的差异,进一步说明了在城镇垃圾处理中转运的重要性,并对垃圾转运系统、转运模式与转运站类型进行了比较详细的论述。 其次,将运筹学理论中的选址问题模型引入城镇垃圾转运系统,分析比较了该模型针对的问题与转运系统的共性与差异后,对该模型进行补充与修正,用于确定转运站的数量、规模、选址,并对每个转运站服务的收集点进行最佳划分。为了更好的对研究进行说明,本文选取了中山市大涌镇的转运系统为实例进行研究,对研究结果进行系统论证。 最后,本文对城镇垃圾转运系统的经济技术特征进行了研究。除了前一章研究的转运站的数量、规模、选址及所服务的收集点划分外,建设转运站的临界距离、转运系统设计模式、设备配置、转运系统与上下游环节的配套及其与环境的协调等都会对其经济技术特性产生重要影响。
         Therefore, how to achieve the optimal allocation of resource, as far as possible, improve fund use efficiency and transfer efficiency is the research focus of transport system. Firstly, this paper analyses the urban garbage and city garbage treatment differences in background, the urban garbage transport importance,the garbage transport system, transport mode and transport station types were compared in detail. Secondly, the operational research theory of location problem model in municipal solid waste MSW transfer system, analysiscomparison of the model for the problem and transport system similaritiesdifferences, the model was used to determine the supplement and correction, transfer station quantity, scale, location, and each station services collection point for the best division. In order to study description, this paper selects Zhongshan city in the town of transport system as an example to study, results of system demonstration. Finally, based on the municipal solid waste MSW transfer system is the economictechnical characteristics were studied. Except for the first chapter of the transfer station quantity, scale, location and service point of collection division, construction of transfer station of critical distance, transport system design, device configuration, transport systems and upstreamdownstream link matching and coordinated with the environment will have its economictechnical characteristics have an important effect on.
