一种横向垃圾压缩机的自动校直装置,具体地说是用于 安装在横向垃圾压缩机的垃圾倾倒口,属于垃圾压缩机上的部件。其主要采 用传感器通过垫片固定在垃圾压缩箱体上,在垃圾压缩箱体上固定钢丝绳, 钢丝绳与传感器间设有距离。本实用新型结构简单、紧凑,布置合理；由于 在横向垃圾压缩机的垃圾倾倒口安装自动校直装置,采用传感器发送信号给 垃圾压缩机主压油缸,使其停止向前运动,并自动后退,在清除了不易压缩 的物质,如石块、布条、棉花等后,主压油缸便可恢复工作过程,继续压缩 垃圾,直至整个压缩过程完成,从而有效地保护垃圾压缩箱体,使其不产生 变形损坏。
一种垃圾压缩机对接斗与扒料 装置,它由畚状对接斗的开口端铰接在垃圾压缩机后部的框架上,对接斗的中 部设有油缸座,举升油缸的一端位于对接斗上的油缸座内,另一端与地面的油 缸支座连接；扒料装置包括耙杆、耙指及扒料油缸,耙杆与垃圾压缩机后方上 端的框架铰接,耙杆上设有可作用该耙杆的扒料油缸,耙杆前端有耙指。本装 置占地面积小,投资成本低,不需要建造专门的大型卸料平台,小型的垃圾压 缩机就可起到了中、大型垃圾压缩机的作用,增大待处理垃圾的容量,解决大 型垃圾车将垃圾转入进中、大型垃圾压缩机的衔接问题,提高垃圾处理效率。
