称重传感器组成系统方案采用900M防拆电子标签,标签安装在运输车辆的前挡风玻璃上面,垃圾运输车辆从城市垃圾中转站装运垃圾,同时站点天线对车辆上车辆上的IC标签卡写入相对应的站点地址,运输车辆再将垃圾运到垃圾处理场进行过磅处理,垃圾处理场采用两台地磅对运输车辆称重,其中一台对进场车辆单向称重(进场车辆是装满垃圾的车),另一台对出场车辆单向称重(出场车是卸完垃圾的车),再将进场重量减掉出场重量为本车辆装运垃圾的重量,再将每辆运输车进行日累积,周累积,月累积重量.

进场流程:当地感检测到有车辆将要上磅时,系统准备工作,前端红外线用来判断车辆是否成功上磅,两端红外来判断车辆有无违规现象,读卡器再将IC卡内容读出(内容包括车辆编号,驾驶员姓名,本车装载垃圾来源哪个中转站等信息),再取出地磅上的重量,再把摄像头上的环境图片拍下,将这些信息保存在电脑中,同时再将信息写入IC卡内并送入LED显示中去显示出来,再告知主控板,用声音的方式进行成功称重提示,再用变频传感器后端红外检测车辆是否驶出地磅,后端地感判断车辆的离开。
